POD
This project focuses on the properties of the Milkweed plant and how it can be of use for recurrent sustainability. Along with a group, I created a product that will attract users with the intention of improving environmental health and quality of life for present and future communities.
It incorporates a sleeping bag specifically made for babies that mimics the shape of a Milkweed pod. It will provide the baby with warmth and comfort, and in turn raise a need for families to adopt sustainable habits at early stages.
This sleeping bag functions as an insulated, light-weight, and portable bed in any setting or situation. It includes two layers of fabric used to stuff milkweed fibres in between, and is intended for comfort and convenience.

Materials
Fabric, milkweed fibres, sewing thread, onion skin.
